Terms and conditions
Last updated:
These terms apply to the use of the QRtimetrack platform by businesses (B2B). By creating an account you accept them on behalf of the company you represent.
1. Parties
The service provider is NINE UNIT GROUP S.R.L., CUI 54549440, J2026027060009, București, Sector 1, Intrarea Gheorghe Simionescu nr. 19, ap. B26. The customer is the company that creates the account. Contact: contact@qrtimetrack.com.
2. The service
QRtimetrack is an online working-time platform: clock-in by QR code, computer, tablet or remote work, reports, time off and exports. The service is provided "as is" and features may be improved over time.
3. Account and users
The customer is responsible for the data entered, for the people it gives access to, and for informing its employees about the processing of their data under the law of its country. Login details must be kept confidential.
4. Free trial and Standard plan
The service is offered to businesses only (companies, sole traders, institutions), not to consumers. Every new account gets a 14-day free trial with no credit card, for up to 25 active employees. The trial includes every feature except integrations (API, webhooks, website widget). There is no permanent free plan. After the 14 days, new clock-ins stop until the Standard plan is activated (€1.99 excluding VAT per active employee per month, €19 minimum per month, unlimited employees and locations). Data and reports are kept: you can still log in, view and download them.
5. Price and invoicing
The standard price is €1.99 excluding VAT per active employee per month (an employee marked active in the account; deactivated employees are not billed), with a minimum of €19 per month per company. Invoicing is monthly. Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance.
6. Cancellation and refunds
The subscription can be cancelled at any time, in the account or by emailing contact@qrtimetrack.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billed month. Started months are not refunded, except where the law requires it or in case of a service interruption caused by us. After cancellation the customer can export its data for 30 days; the data is then deleted.
7. Data protection
For employee data, the provider acts as the customer's processor, under the data processing agreement (DPA) and the privacy policy.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use the platform to track employees outside clock-ins, try to access other customers' data, bypass technical limits or for any unlawful activity.
9. Availability and support
We make reasonable efforts to keep the platform available at all times and announce planned maintenance in advance. Support is provided by email on business days.
10. Liability
The provider's liability is limited to the amounts paid by the customer in the last 12 months, except where the law does not allow such a limitation.
11. Changes
These terms may be updated; material changes are announced to customers by email at least 30 days in advance.
12. Governing law
Romanian law applies. Disputes are settled amicably or, failing that, by the competent courts at the provider's registered office.
