Do I have to pay now?
Not necessarily. You can pay right away by card, or reserve the bundle: we call you to confirm and send the invoice, and the tablet ships after payment by bank transfer.
What happens after the 3 free months?
You continue on the Standard plan: €1.99 per employee per month (minimum 5 employees). The tablet is yours either way.
I want a different tablet. Is that possible?
Yes. We also have dust and water resistant tablets for construction sites, or larger screens. Choose “Other model” in the form and we'll send you a private quote. The 3 free months apply just the same.
I have several locations.
Order one tablet per location. They all show up in the same account, with separate reports per location.
What about people without a phone?
They don't need one: they clock in on the tablet with a PIN or a printed badge. Anyone with a phone can scan the code on the tablet.
I already have a tablet. Can I use it?
Yes, QRtimetrack works on any tablet with a browser. The bundle is for those who want the right tablet plus 3 free months, with a step-by-step setup guide.
Am I tied to a contract after the 3 months?
No. After the 3 free months, the Standard plan is billed monthly with no minimum term: you can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the paid month. The tablet is yours either way.
Who issues the invoice?
QRtimetrack is operated by NINE UNIT GROUP S.R.L., a company registered in Romania (EU). The invoice comes from this company, and employee data is hosted in the EU.
