QRtimetrack is developed and operated by NINE UNIT GROUP S.R.L., a Romanian limited company that builds and sells software and digital products. The company is the contracting party and supplier for every QRtimetrack account and acts as data processor for our customers' employee data under a data processing agreement.

What QRtimetrack does
- Clock-in with proof: a QR code at each location (printed or rotating on a tablet), a GPS zone, an optional selfie and confirmation with the phone's Face ID or fingerprint.
- Works without signal: punches are saved on the phone with the real time and sent when the connection returns.
- Entrance tablet: employees clock in with a PIN, a printed badge or a code on their phone.
- Hours, breaks, overtime and leave calculated automatically; schedules with late and no-show alerts.
- Records for inspections: daily start and end times, correction history with reasons, month confirmed by each employee, exports in Excel, CSV and PDF.
- Team tools: team leads, internal chat, announcements and tasks.

Who it is for
Companies whose people work at a specific place: construction sites, cleaning companies, security firms, shops, restaurants, warehouses, farms and offices. It suits teams from a few people to several hundred, across several sites and countries; one account can manage several companies.
Where your data is hosted
- Database and files: Supabase, EU region (Frankfurt, Germany).
- Application server: OVH, Gravelines, France (EU).
- Payments: Stripe Payments Europe (Ireland), billing data only.

Security and anti-fraud approach
- No biometric data on our servers: Face ID and fingerprint are checked by the phone (passkey / WebAuthn); we only receive a cryptographic signature.
- Location only at the moment of clocking in; people are not tracked between punches.
- Selfies are deleted automatically after 30 days.

- Technical measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS), separate access per company in the database, hashed passwords, rate limiting and access logs.
Languages
The website and dashboard are available in English, Romanian, Spanish, Italian, French, German, Turkish, Arabic and Japanese. The employee app is available in 23 languages, including Nepali, Hindi, Bengali, Vietnamese, Filipino and Ukrainian.
How pricing works
One plan, everything included: €1.99 per active employee per month, with a minimum of 5 employees billed (€9.95 a month), excluding VAT. Deactivated employees aren't billed. Every new account gets a 7-day free trial for up to 10 employees, with no card. There is no permanent free plan. Companies with 150+ employees can ask for a quote. An optional entrance tablet package is available in limited stock.

Where is QRtimetrack data stored?
In the European Union: the database in Frankfurt, Germany (Supabase EU region) and the application server in Gravelines, France (OVH).
Does QRtimetrack store fingerprints or face scans?
No. Face ID and fingerprint checks happen on the employee's phone; QRtimetrack only receives a cryptographic confirmation. Selfies are ordinary photos deleted after 30 days.
Is there a contract and a DPA?
Yes. The terms of service apply to every account and a data processing agreement (DPA) covers employee data, with QRtimetrack acting as processor for the employer.
How much does QRtimetrack cost?
€1.99 per active employee per month, minimum 5 employees billed (€9.95 a month), excluding VAT, after a 7-day free trial for up to 10 employees.
